On a blue field, edged on the sides and below with a red narrow stripe, between four white moon crests on each corner, a gray oblong sphere bearing the South Carolina National Guard Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.
The regalia were originally authorized on 22 June 1979. Updated to reflect current campaign participation credit on 22 July 2020.
